A ripe bouquet with nuances of dried plums, delicately balsamic undertones of dark berries, black cherry jam, fine steppe spices, a touch of chocolate, juniper, fresh salty minerality, cedar, a hint of coconut, and tobacco notes.
Opulent on the palate, with intoxicating extract sweetness, malty, juicy dark berries, firm tannins, mineral and persistent, a fascinating, multi-layered bouquet, dense, elegant, ripe heart cherries, nougat, balanced, delicate spice and roasted notes in the finish, with blackberries in the aftertaste.

Traditional mash fermentation in a stainless steel tank at 30 °C, maceration time 18 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
