Return Policy (English)

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, there’s no need to worry—we’ll find a solution. Please send a picture of the damaged packaging and product. If you received a report from the delivery service, please include that as well. After contacting us at hello@neighbor-wein.at, our team will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

If the wine label is damaged or dirty due to a broken bottle, send us a picture. Our team will coordinate with you shortly regarding the next steps.

Wine Did Not Meet Your Taste: We’re sorry to hear that the selected wine did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened, faultless bottles. However, if you ordered multiple bottles, we are happy to accept returns of the unopened ones and discuss a suitable alternative for you.

Corked Wine: If the wine is corked, we will replace it immediately. Please write to hello@neighbor-wein.at so we can arrange the details.

General Return Policy: Neighbor Wine Store GmbH is willing to accept returns of products purchased from us with a full refund under the following conditions: The return must be made within 14 days from the invoice date, with the product in its original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice. Marked promotional offers will only be accepted for return if the entire purchased quantity is returned. The return is processed at the price valid at the time of the original purchase. Refunds are issued as store credit. The following are explicitly excluded from returns: special order items, display items, clearance items, partial quantities from packaging units, partial quantities from sets, and goods purchased at auctions.
