Thank you for shopping with Neighbor - Wine From Next Door. Below you’ll find important information regarding our shipping options, costs, delivery times, and more. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, whether you choose to have your wine delivered, pick it up in-store, or use our click & collect service.

1. General Information

We only ship within Austria.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine from our store.

Orders are processed during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

a. Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and unforeseen delays by the courier.

b. Click & Collect (Free) Pick up your order at our store in Vienna.

Processing Time: 1 business day.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

3. In-Store Purchase

You are always welcome to visit our physical store in Vienna to browse and purchase directly. Enjoy personalized recommendations and exclusive in-store offers.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Information

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not offer weekend delivery.

A valid ID will be required upon delivery to verify the recipient is at least 18 years old.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, our courier may leave a card for redelivery or pickup at a nearby location.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside of Austria. Certain remote areas may require additional delivery time.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit, or if it gets lost, please contact us immediately at hello@neighbor-wein.at. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
