Savignon Blanc
Savignon Blanc
The concentration of Tényő and the fruitiness of Szemere , and the complexity due to two different harvest times. The high limestone content of the soil resulted in playful, vibrant acids. The taste is elderberry, nettle and gooseberry, with lots of citrus.
When aging in containers, it is kept on a fine sieve.
In addition to friendly conversations, it is an excellent companion at the dinner table. Thanks to its complexity, it can also be consumed with appetizers and salads. It goes well with fresh asparagus dishes, light meats and fish. If you're looking for an accompaniment to a pasta dish, look no further!
Due to its complexity, it may be worth waiting for it, tasting it again in 1-2 years.
Its color is greenish-yellow, clear.
We recommend its consumption at 10°C.
