MSP stands for Mérész Sándor Projekt — the personal experimental line of Etyeki Kúria's head winemaker, where his name and signature go on the bottle. Zenit was one of the first wines in the series, and he has stayed loyal to the variety ever since: this autochthonous Hungarian grape has proven that it deserves to be taken seriously in Etyek.

Zenit is an early-ripening Hungarian crossing of Bouvier and Ezerjó — barely known outside Hungary, and even on its home wine market a rarity. The variety accumulates sugar easily, yet stays fresh and light in the right hands. On the limestone-rich soils of Etyek, whose conditions are often compared to those of Champagne and Sancerre, it feels particularly at home.

Vines of 20–25 years, hand-harvested, fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel, then aged for six months on fine lees. A lively, fresh and layered bouquet: citrus aromas and floral notes, lemongrass throughout. Ripe yellow pear and peach, with a light tropical fruitiness in the background. On the palate, lemon peel, lime and lemon sorbet — carried by the inimitable acidity of the wine region.

Pairs well with roasted or steamed fish, grilled or oven-baked vegetables. Vegan pairing: grilled courgette with lemon and capers.
