Analóg 2021

The wine was ultimately named "Analog" due to the enduring quality of the valuable raw materials used and the proven old methods. The second vintage returned with more matured flavors than the early fresh wines, in the winery's characteristic dynamic style. Alongside Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc, a vibrant Olaszrizling also made its way into the blend.

After hand harvesting and pressing, a few crates of whole and healthy clusters were added to the spontaneously fermenting must in cooled tanks. This was followed by 8 months of aging on fine lees. Finally, it was bottled without filtration or fining and with a small amount of added sulfur.
