Ars Poetica Pinot Noir 2020

This vintage represents the Burgundy style of the variety.

The aroma features dark chocolate blended with sweet spices. When aerated in the glass, new layers of scent and aroma, an array of dried red berries, slowly but continuously unfold.

Its very elegant acidity and tannin content create a perfect balance with the alcohol embedded in the texture.

A great companion to grilled and pasta dishes. For lamb – prepared in any way – it’s hard to find a better pairing.
