Blanc 2022

Our Blanc estate white is a blend of Furmint, Olaszrizling, and Sauvignon Blanc, where cosmopolitan elegance and the unique message of the Csopak terroir harmoniously complement each other.

We created the wine from the yield of three vineyards: Szitahegy, Nagykút, and Hegyalja. These areas are characterized by their calcareous soil and are all designated as Balatonfüred-Csopak OEM protected origin areas.

In brief, the technology: organic grapes, hand harvesting, short skin maceration, tank fermentation, and long aging on fine lees.
