Bright yellow with green reflections. Fine tropical fruit notes, reminiscent of pineapple and mango, with delicate woody spices. Racy and very balanced despite its strength, mineral and precise, with fine roasted aromas in the finish. Wonderful extract sweetness with a mocha aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Tastes wonderful with fish, poultry, and pasta.
