A wine that presents itself in a medium cherry red color with delicate violet reflections. On the nose, the barrique aging is noticeable through the spicy notes, such as pepper and cedarwood, as well as toasted black bread. Added to this are the tart fruity notes of sloe, cassis leaf, juniper berry, and plum. On the palate, it appears very juicy and at the same time structured, with fine acidity and a pronounced but refined tannin structure.
The alcohol seems quite moderate for an expressive red wine. The medium-bodied finish is clearly marked by the tart fruity notes and the fine spiciness of the wood.
