A cuvée made from the best white wine grape varieties and locations that Göttlesbrunn has to offer: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Grüner Veltliner. Ripe stone fruit, rose blossoms, orange zest with fine herbal spices. Creamy, dense and rich in extracts on the palate, while being delicately nutty with beautifully lasting length and complexity.

Handpicked, 24 hours maceration on the skin of the skin. Natural fermentation, minimal sulphur addition, 12 months on full lees in large wooden barrels and steel tanks.
