Grüner Veltliner Natural 2023

Intense aromas of quince, citrus fruits, pear, and white blossoms on the nose, accompanied by fresh herbs. Subtle notes of hay, brioche, and almonds. On the palate, the wine appears fresh and lively; the creamy texture and fine, elegant length are accentuated by aging on the full lees. The dry finish is highlighted by mineral accents and a slight salinity.

Hand-picked and pre-selected in the vineyard. Removal of the stems, followed by gentle crushing of the grapes. 24 hours of maceration, then pressing of the grapes and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging on the full lees for 6 months. No sulfur added.
