Hematit 2022

Our HEMATIT Olaszrizling is sourced from our vineyards rich in hematite iron ore and red sandstone. This ancient mineral-rich red soil is Csopak’s geological hallmark. The complex, salty fruity Olaszrizling wines from here have established Csopak’s modern reputation.

Organic grapes, hand harvested. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo short skin maceration, gentle pressing, then tank fermentation, and 8 months of aging on fine lees.
