Celebrating the 165th anniversary, KATTUS HERITAGE RESERVE Brut combines tradition with fresh elegance. Crafted from 50% Grüner Veltliner and 50% Welschriesling grapes from the cool Weinviertel, hand-harvested and aged 24 months on the lees, it offers a refined Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling experience. The wine shows a bright yellow-green hue with silver reflections, aromas of yellow apple, passionfruit, brioche, and subtle hazelnut notes. On the palate, lively perlage, stone fruit, and green apple create a crisp and complex character, enriched by delicate herbal accents.

Food pairing: Ideal with Austrian pastries, light meat dishes, grilled shellfish, or tuna tataki. Vegan options: grilled vegetable terrines, roasted root vegetables, or citrus-quinoa salad.
