Released for the 165th anniversary, KATTUS HERITAGE RESERVE Rosé is a tribute to the family house’s history, combining tradition with fresh sparkling elegance. Crafted exclusively from 100% hand-harvested Zweigelt grapes from the cool Weinviertel, it is aged 24 months on the lees according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, ensuring a fine perlage and harmonious expression of the grape’s red fruit character. Its luminous salmon-pink color with subtle pink reflections is complemented by aromas of berries, cherries, hibiscus, and rooibos, while the palate reveals creamy mousseux, fresh pink grapefruit notes, and delicate saline hints.

Food pairing: Perfect with gently prepared fish and shellfish, classic shrimp cocktails, salmon canapés, or poached trout. For vegetable dishes, enjoy with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, moussaka, or glazed root vegetables. As a dessert pairing, it complements almond or milk-based desserts, vanilla, tonka bean rice pudding, Portuguese Pastéis de Nata, or classic Kaiserschmarrn.
