IV. Quartus Riesling

The IV. Quartus 2023 from Cseri Winery is an elegant, single-variety Riesling, reductively vinified and aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Following approximately one year in tank and several months of bottle aging, the wine is not released immediately, allowing its complexity to develop.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color. The bouquet reveals linden and acacia flowers complemented by citrus notes. On the palate, white peach and gooseberry flavors mingle with pronounced minerality, framed by vibrant, harmonious acidity, resulting in a long, crisp finish.

Food pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, heartier red meat dishes, seafood, or spiced cuisine. Vegan options: grilled Mediterranean vegetables or sautéed mushrooms.
