From Kristinus in Kéthely, on the slopes of the southern shores of Lake Balaton — Hungary's largest Demeter-certified biodynamic estate. Florian Zaruba and his team have farmed biodynamically since 2018: the vineyard, the soil, the animals and the rhythm of the moon are all part of the work.
The Sárgamuskotály — also known as Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains — is bottled with native yeast after brief skin contact, before fermentation is complete. The bubbles are not added afterwards: fermentation itself seals the CO₂ into the bottle. Eight months aged on the lees, brut nature — dry, no added sugar.
Wild flowers and ripe tropical fruits, delicate muscat aromatics. Light, vivid, with the natural texture of a pétillant naturel.
Ideal as an aperitif, with light summer dishes and fruity desserts. Vegan pairing: watermelon salad with strawberries and mint.
