Liquid Sunshine 2021

When creating Liquid Sunshine, there was only one goal: to capture summer in a bottle, to convey what it feels like to listen to the buzzing insects between the rows in the southern coastal heat, embraced by increasingly large, crunchy grape clusters.

Deep orange shades, low intervention, hand-harvested Chardonnay that fermented on the skins for 24 days in amphora. After pressing, it was blended with Grey Pinot orange wine and then bottled without filtration.
