Sustainably produced and vegan by conviction, this sparkling wine is crafted exclusively from Burgenland’s finest Chardonnay grapes. Fermented using the Méthode Charmat (second fermentation), it delivers vibrant bubbles and a refined, elegant mousse.
Its straw-yellow color is accompanied by fruity aromas with delicate hints of stone fruits and walnuts. On the palate, it is full-bodied, complex, and leaves a long, satisfying finish. Passionately refined in Vienna, this BIO sparkling wine perfectly reflects environmentally conscious production.
Food pairing: Ideal with light poultry, Asian cuisine, or steamed salmon. As a vegan option, enjoy it alongside a miso-glazed tofu or vegetable stir-fry.
