Vom Löss

From Pollerhof in Röschitz, grown on pure loess soil in the Weinviertel. A white wine cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc and Gelber Muskateller. An inviting bouquet of ripe stone fruit, elderflower and nectarine with a delicate floral edge. On the palate, juicy fruit, fine spice and a balanced interplay of acidity with a long finish.

Captivating on its own, yet equally at home with fish and seafood, summer salads, and Asian or Mediterranean cuisine. Vegan pairing: grilled vegetables with citrus gremolata.
