Gelber Muskateller "Marktweg"

From Pollerhof in Röschitz, grown on the loess soil of the Marktweg vineyard. Incredible aromatics: intense elderflower and orange zest, with delicate nutmeg and white peach. A vivid acidity carries the wine through.

Ideal as an aperitif, with light salads, Asian dishes like Thai curry and sushi, fruity desserts and light fish dishes — also a fine companion to dessert. Vegan pairing: mango-chili tofu salad.
