Medium yellow-green. Fine yellow stone fruit nuances with a delicate touch of blossom honey, hints of baby pineapple, and yellow peach. Very complex notes. Powerful, ripe tropical fruit, layered with refined acidity, mineral undertones, long-lasting, great aging potential.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with poultry, rabbit, or robust pasta dishes.
