Palate: Shows varietal character, stimulating, fresh acidity structure, crisp apricot, dried apricot, lively and drinkable, with good juiciness in the finish.
Vinification: The handpicked, carefully selected grapes were gently destemmed and brought to the whole cluster press with minimal crushing. The must was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks.
