Slikker Olaszrizling 2022

Single-vineyard Olaszrizling from Slikker, located above the Roman Road, with red soil that has been continuously cultivated since the 2nd century. This vineyard, over forty years old, gifts us with substantial raw material every year.

The wine is full-bodied and layered, with notes of quince and chestnut, and a salty-mineral finish.

Organic cultivation, short skin maceration, gravity settling, and unfiltered bottling are the key technological elements.

A micro-lot, producing a maximum of 2000 bottles per year.
