A fine fruit basket with notes of pear and a hint of quince, pleasant spiciness, floral aroma, delicate citrus notes, balanced; crisp green and yellow apple, stimulating citrus expression, mandarin, orange, ending with lots of freshness and juiciness.

Vinification: The handpicked, carefully selected grapes were gently destemmed and pressed, and the must was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks.
