Aromas of fine herbal spice, juicy pear, citrus zest, orange and pink grapefruit, underlined by a delicate cherry nuance – elegant and layered. On the palate: crisp green apple, fresh acidity, and a well-integrated, subtle tannic grip. Lively and invigorating, with a refreshing pink grapefruit finish.

Vinification:
Hand-harvested and carefully selected grapes were gently destemmed and pressed. The must was fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal expression.
