No matter which wine you choose, these tailored mixes promise an elevated tasting experience.

Nut mix for matured, full-bodied white wines
Planning to open a deep, contemplative white wine with fellow wine lovers? This mix helps uncover its hidden layers.
Dried peach and raisin highlight the tropical, botrytised fruit character often present in aged whites, while the salted caramelised white chocolate echoes their mineral undertones. The blend’s roasted almond, hazelnut, cashew and pecan — enhanced by coconut — mirror the typical notes of oak-aged white wines. The white chocolate lends a creamy texture that completes this sophisticated pairing.

Nut mix for fresh, fruity white wines
With mango, apricot and pear bringing vibrant acidity, this blend is perfect for refreshing, youthful whites. The roasted pistachio, cashew, blanched almond and pecan add a subtle oiliness that amplifies the wine’s crisp fruit notes and lively freshness. Whether it’s a Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Irsai Olivér or Riesling, this crunchy mix enhances every zesty sip.

Nut mix for light rosé wines
This mix is a playful mirror of rosé’s hallmark berry aromas. With cranberry, sour cherry and sweet cherry, it delivers a full berry explosion, completed by the addition of ruby chocolate — both in hue and softness, it pairs seamlessly with rosé’s freshness.

For a relaxed evening with a vibrant red, this mix has you covered. It includes every fruit typically found in young reds — cranberry for Pinot Noir, cherry for Kadarka, raspberry for Blaufränkisch, sour cherry for Portugieser. The fruit profile is layered with roasted hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans and cashews, then coated in ruby chocolate for a silky finish that softens the wine’s playful acids.

Natural pecan, roasted hazelnuts and blanched almonds, along with coconut, mirror the toasty, spicy notes from barrel ageing. Meanwhile, cherry, raspberry, strawberry and sour cherry echo the subtle fruit layers typical in these wines.
