Powerful, radiant ruby-garnet with an opaque core and delicate violet rim. A ripe bouquet of dried plum, dark berry fruit with a subtle balsamic undertone, black cherry confiture, fine steppe spice, a touch of chocolate, juniper, fresh saline minerality, cedar, hints of coconut and tobacco.
Opulent on the palate, with captivating extract sweetness, malty and juicy, dark berries, firm tannins, mineral and persistent. A fascinating, multi-layered bouquet, dense and elegant – ripe morello cherry, nougat, balanced, delicate spice and toasted notes on the finish, blackberry in the long tail. A great and wonderfully typical Cabernet Franc with a long future and immediate charm.
